Proper pre- and post-care is essential to ensuring you get the most out of your treatment. Be sure to read through the care tips for your chosen service.

Waxing
Pre-Waxing
Hair should be at least 1/4 inch (eyelash length), usually about two-three weeks growth
Gently exfoliate and hydrate your skin pre-appointment
Note- You may be more sensitive to waxing services during your menstrual cycle.
Post-Waxing
No tanning beds, hot tubs or saunas/steam rooms or hot yoga for 24 hours.
Avoid touching the waxed area after facial waxing or doing anything that causes bacteria to get into the pores for 24 hours
Exfoliate your skin 2 days after your wax service by using a gentle exfoliant like a sugar scrub or exfoliating gloves. Hydrating your skin during the days after your waxing treatment using a scent free moisturizer helps with preventing ingrown hairs.
Discontinue Retin-A and AHA treatments 1 week prior to facial waxing.
Avoid Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion or hydra- facials for at least 48 hours prior facial waxing.
Lashes & Brows
Lash Lift & Brow Lamination Post Care
Within the first 24 hours:
Avoid makeup and water on your brows/lashes
Avoid heat such as saunas/hot tubs
Avoid oils on lashes and around the eye area
Not all lashes should be lifted. There is a minimum length required for safety and optimal results. To avoid disappointment please contact us prior to booking if you are unsure you are a good candidate for this procedure. Free consultations are offered.
Laser
Pre-Care
Must be off of Accutane for at least 6 months
Skin must be self tanner free and avoid sun 2 weeks prior to treatment.
Please shave 12- 24 hours before the appointment for hair removal.
Follow up appointments are 4-6 weeks apart for skin rejuvenation and hair removal.
Post-Care
Use adequate sunscreen (SPF 30 +)
Avoid use of glycolic or Retinoic acid, AHA products for 2-4 days before and after treatment
Do not use any hair removal creams or bleach or self tanning products between treatments.
IPL (intense pulsed light) is attracted to pigmentation un the skin and hair, the darker the hair or area being treated and keeping the surrounding skin in it's natural skin state is most effective.
